Our focus is on strengthening our clients' emotional and behavioral skills, preserving their family ties, and building their role in the community through prevention and solution-based services. We believe that all individuals can develop essential skills to achieve their goals. We will meet the individual at their level to provide the tools and support needed to establish, maintain, and succeed in any endeavor.

O U T R E A C H S E R V I C E S
GJOS is licensed with TMHP to provide Mental Health Rehabilitative Services in both home and community settings
for adults and children. Services begin with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and a needs and strengths assessment, using CANS or ANSA, all of which are completed and reassessed by mental health professionals. Ongoing supervision is provided monthly by licensed professionals to all direct care workers to ensure quality and consistency of care. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively by direct care workers and reviewed with clients on a quarterly basis to support progress and address evolving needs.

Education about diagnoses, medication management strategies, and symptom reduction techniques to improve treatment adherence and outcomes.
Our counselors provide services in the home and throughout the community, allowing your child to make meaningful progress in the environments where they feel most comfortable and spend the majority of their time. Offering services in these settings also removes transportation barriers that many families may face.
